INTRODUCING YOU TO KENNYSBOOKCLUB

Kennysbookclub is created by me in other to motivate and encourage myself and everyone else to read more. The aim is to read a book each month.

Kennysbookclub is completely different to kennysdiary. however, as the content creator of kennysdiary, I have decided that every last Sunday of the month will be used to review the book that was read for that month on kennysdiary.

Our first book will be revealed tomorrow 25th of November. Then afterwards, the book for each month will be revealed 2 weeks prior in other to allow delivery before the 1st of that month. For example, the book for January 2020, will be revealed on the second week of December 2019.

Considering people with busy schedules, I have come up with the decision that readers will be given the option to read a specific numbers of book page per day. This is to ensure that everyone participating is on track and on the same page.

Lastly, everyone who has participated in Kennysbookclub for that month, will be expected to join in the end of the month group discussion that will be taking place on kennysdiary to discuss our opinion on the book.

LEARNING TO BE CONTENT

I am getting to that phase in life where I just want more out of everything. You know when you achieve something, and you feel okay now let me go for something else? That feeling? That’s how I feel. However, I feel like I shouldn’t be feeling like that. Because, I shouldn’t be wanting that much out of life. Yeah it odd but I feel like that.

Nevertheless, I’ve come to realise it’s an inbuilt feeling once you start doing something you’re passionate about. Why should we always want more? why can’t we just improve on what we already have? its strange thinking like this, but I really can’t put it into words as much as I want too.

Don’t get me wrong, this year as been so good to me. I’ve seen lots of growth in everything I do. I’m becoming more ambitious. However, I don’t want the “go for more” subconscious feelings that comes with it.

We’ve been taught to always aim for more and more out of life. But unfortunately, some of us don’t always feel the need too and this is one of the new things I have learnt about myself since I started my blog.

KEMI’S BIRTHDAY: SISTERS EDITION!!!

Today’s post is a different one because I am going to be introducing you guys to the people, I spend the most interesting moments of my life with. My SISTERS!!!!

I promised myself that I will keep my family life away from my blog as much as possible. However, how can I have such a beautiful soul as siblings and not share them with you guys?

First of all, a very BIG Happy Birthday to my older sister KEMISOLA. I wish you all the best things life has to offer, and I pray GOD blesses you with all your heart desires.

My sisters are the utmost funniest beautiful people I know. They are the people I can trust, relate and laugh with.  I don’t think anyone can understand the relationship between my sisters and me. Sometimes, even we don’t. because, we also argue, we get on each other’s nerves, we stop talking to each other for days. But regardless, we still love each other, and we will always come for anyone who comes for any of us LOL.

I don’t know how I would have lived if I didn’t have my sisters in my life. There are no enough words to describe them. Annoying, funny, lovely, name it…… friends come and go, we lose friends every day.  But you see my sisters? they are the best friends that are going to be in my life forever.

We are sisters, we are completely different people, but we will always love each other no matter what.
