Hakkasan is an Award-winning Chinese cuisines.
Hakkasan Mayfair is with no doubt one of the best restaurants I’ve visited. I left and asked myself why has it taken me so long to have dinner here?
If you know me, you know I am a big fan of beautiful interior designs, presentation and lighting. What hit me the most about Hakkasan Mayfair was the general layout of the restaurant. It’s design is not has colourful like every other restaurants in London. Hakkasan adopted the dark, the slinky and the broody in a labyrinth-esque basement space.
When it comes to there menu, Hakkasan does not shy away from a big menu like most refined restaurants do, instead embracing the fact that a wealth of options is often what diners enjoy about Chinese cuisine.
Apparently, in other not to intimidate people who has ordered a cheaper champagne, Alcohols are not allowed on the table. However I think it’s to prevent alcohol abuse. Either way, both reasons are very logical. So how do you have your drink? Well, you get a very presentable sommelier who comes by to keep refilling your glass before it’s even empty 🙂 I had the Dom Perignon champagne which I will recommend if you are to visit.
It is definitely a restaurant I will recommend everyone visits atleat once. Hakkasan gave me a very lovely experience. So, I will definitely be going back there again!.
