Heyyy guys!! Hope we’re all good! Welcome to a new blog post week of kennysdiary!

First off, thank you for the congratulatory messages people! But I didn’t get married lol.

When it comes to Owanbe outfits, Nigerians are always making sure looking their best is the goal. Owanbe has become a trendy occasion that comes up mostly on Saturdays. and there’s always this feeling of anticipation and a feeling of what to wear, the funniest part is some get all worked up just because of what to wear and how they’d look for the occasion.

I’m not a native attire person, but on the day of this photoshoot, I realised how much I love my culture and the people. Everything about making this looks was so perfect, from praying before our session, to getting my make up done, having my gele tied by the baddest Taiwo’s Touch all the way from Lagos to fitting into my aso ebi and Ofcourse to posing for the perfect images.

Creating this look has made me anticipate my engagement day 🙂 the congratulatory messages, the repost and the love just made me realise how much of an achievement getting married to the love of my life will actually be!.

Thank you to the team for giving me the opportunity to participate in this beautiful classic Yoruba Bride look. I won’t trade the experience for anything and I’m looking forward to working with them again and again.
