Hey lovelies! Welcome to a new blog post of Kenny’s diary! In today blog, I will be going a review of the book I read for the month of February. THE THINGS YOU CAN SEE ONLY WHEN YOU SLOW DOWN by author Heamin Sunim.

This book teach me to stop and look at when I feel tired of this life. Heamin Sunim has used this book to encourage me and his readers to understand their feelings. He has used his book to teach people that life is not about just taking instead to listen.

It is essentially a guide to mindfulness, comprising spiritual advice on dealing with anything from relationships to stress and a book that is easy to dip in and out of.

It is divided in eight chapters, each focussing on a different topic: Rest, Mindfulness, Passion, Relationships, Love, Life, The Future, Spirituality.

Haemin has also used This book to tell about passion, being happy , forgiveness , relationship, love , life, future, spirituality. I am really glad i came across this book by Haemin Sunim.

Overall, This is a universalfeel good book and I will definitely be reading it again. But this time, from a different perspective. Or refer to it whenever I find myself in a situation of needing some words of wisdom on something specific. So, I recommend everyone read it at least once in their lifetime.

Kenny’s takeaway quote

“But if you calm yourself and look more deeply, you will see that the person who hurt you is suffering, too.”
